My name is Martha Annika Jensen and I was born in Cusco/Peru in 1994.

I got adopted from a danish / luxembourgish family in 1996 and got the privilege to grow up with free education in Luxembourg. 

​

I got my degree in the hospitality management in 2018 and decided then to start working as a receptionist in different hotels and ended as manager in the biggest Hostel of Luxembourg City.

​

What is success worth if happiness is no longer there? This question got inevitable during the pandemic and did last much longer. 

​

We all have dreams and at the same time we all just have a certain time here on earth. So why not chase them before getting too comfortable with the life you got used to?

That is easier said then done but life did teach me that if you don't prioritise your own health/happiness no one will and can do that for you.

​

So in 2022, I left Luxembourg with my car filled until the roof and drove south to Cadiz to then take the ferry to get to Tenerife.

​

Nothing is easy in the beginning and much less if you are on your own, they said.

I can not lie and say there have not be any complications but it has been worth all of them.

​

So I am the owner of MARTITA'S FINQUITA and want to sell healthy nutrition to local citizens but also to tourists that are visiting EL MEDANO.
